This year is the fifth year of the implementation of the new National Torch Plan Key High-tech Enterprise Management Measures (Guo Ke Huo Zi [2010] No. 179). According to the "Notice on Applying for the Key National High-tech Enterprises of the 2014 National Torch Plan" issued by the Torch Center in July this year, the local science and technology administrative departments and the high-tech enterprises attach great importance to this work, and the application is active and enthusiastic. A total of 1361 enterprises were recommended by the Science and Technology Department of 35 provinces and cities. After the preliminary acceptance, the Torch Center successfully held a selection meeting on September 25, and invited 26 experts from 6 fields including electronic information to participate in the selection. The selection will be carried out in four aspects: enterprise innovation capability, industry driving, profitability and social contribution.
