Aluminum oxynitride AlON transparent ceramics have the advantages of high transmittance in the visible-mid infrared band, excellent mechanical strength, and good thermal shock resistance, and are preferred materials for high-temperature windows and infrared fairings, compared with single crystal materials such as sapphire. , AlON transparent ceramic production costs lower, easy to prepare large-size special-shaped devices, the preparation of high-quality AlON transparent ceramics is increasingly important.

The achievement is to develop AlON transparent ceramic optical components with larger size and complex shape, and to provide a working basis for practical application and engineering of AlON transparent ceramics.
