1 Project Overview and Construction Objectives Rongcheng MSW incineration power generation project is located in Rongcheng, Weihai City, Shandong Province. The 0.4kV part includes two transformer inlets and 148 low-voltage outlet circuits, which are responsible for the power supply of the entire waste treatment plant.
