3. Transition from a protective atmosphere to a controlled atmosphere

"Less no oxidation heating" has the characteristics of low energy consumption and stable heat treatment quality. This point has been fully maintained by the bearing manufacturer only in the "protective atmosphere" of "less oxidation" heating, using more than 99.8% nitrogen + methanol or only pass Into the methanol as a protective atmosphere, the carbon potential in the furnace is not controlled, the parts after heat treatment have a small amount of decarburization layer, which can basically meet the grinding requirements. However, there is still a residual decarburization layer in the non-grinding position such as chamfering or oil groove, which has a certain influence on the service life of the rolling element. At present, foreign advanced enterprises have fully promoted the “non-oxidizing” heating of “controllable atmosphere”, using high-purity nitrogen + propane, and the carbon potential in the furnace can be controlled to ensure that the carbon potential of the furnace atmosphere is basically consistent with the carbon content of the processed parts, ensuring The machined parts are free of oxidation.

4. Single-line computer control transitions to centralized computer control

With the popularization of computer technology, the automotive bearing heat treatment equipment can basically realize the computer control of a single production line, which has a great guarantee for the precise control of the heat treatment process parameters.

After we adopt computer control, the production efficiency is still far behind that of foreign advanced enterprises. There are more operators and low per capita labor income, which is the status quo of domestic heat treatment enterprises. Ten heat treatment production lines in foreign countries only need a few people to operate, we need dozens or even hundreds of people. The reason is because we only have a single computer control and do not have centralized computer control. Of course, the centralized control of the heat treatment workshop is a huge system process, which requires the prior optimization of the various processes before the heat, and the problem of deformation of the heat-treated parts needs to be completely solved.
