Primer for brushing alkyd enamel can be used after diluting with pine perfume. The primer should be applied thinly and evenly. Usually, it should be brushed twice. After the first time the primer is dry, use 0# or 1# old wood. Grind the sandpaper, then apply the primer again the second time, dry it and sand it with a No. 0 wood sandpaper. Apply a nitro-coating primer, use banana water and nitro-coating to dilute it. The ratio of nitro-lacquer to banana water is 1/1.5. 4 Finishing paint

According to the design requirements, a panel of no less than 300 × 300mm should be used for color adjustment. After the paint is approved by the owner, it can be constructed in large area. The use of alkyd enamel varnish, paint amount of 60-80g/m2 paint should be vertical and horizontal uniform, and then evenly in one direction, without exposure to low color. Use nitro lacquer, brushing 2-3 times on the surface of the object, the ratio of nitro lacquer to banana water is 1/1—1/2. After the paint film is dry, wipe it 3-4 times with a cotton cloth and then rub it 3-4 times. Finally, the ratio of nitro lacquer to banana water is 1/2 of the paint, and it can be pulled 1-2 times.

The construction of varnish paint needs to be carried out at different levels. The number of different paints is not the same, and it is strictly prohibited. For the brushed surface of the natural varnish, the varnish shall be closed and the paint shall be applied twice (to prevent the veneer from being contaminated) and then processed. Then the nail hole, the ash joint, the sandpaper, the dust, and the paint shall be applied twice. There are defects such as sagging, whitish, and fine bubbles, and the finished paint surface should be smooth and plump. The entire brushing process is completed, and the paint layer is completely air-dried and then protected.

5 Precautions

The tools used must be clean, clean and free from foreign materials; paint construction should be conducted in a clean and ventilated environment; construction on enclosed occasions is strictly prohibited; paint materials must have product certification and business test report, and be used within the validity period; When the humidity is high, when the paint is dry, the solar lamp cannot be forced to heat and dry.
