The safety inspection of explosion-proof electrical equipment should be based on the current specifications, standards and construction drawings. Whether the management system is complete or not. The relevant personnel at all levels must take anti-explosion measures in the electrical engineering, installation and construction, operation and maintenance and safety technical management of explosion hazardous locations in industrial and mining enterprises and institutions in order to achieve the overall explosion protection.
First, completion acceptance check points
1. The equipment shall have a nameplate indicating the type, level and group of explosion-proof electrical equipment. The nameplate shall indicate the explosion-proof certificate issued by the inspection unit.
2. The types, levels, groups, environmental conditions, and special signs of explosion-proof electrical equipment shall comply with the regulations.
3, explosion-proof electrical equipment should be no shell cracks, damage; paint should be intact, the junction box cover should be fastened, and the fixed bolts and anti-loosening device should be complete.
4, explosion-proof oil-filled electrical equipment must not have oil leakage, oil leakage, the oil level should meet the requirements.
5. The ventilation and exhaust system of positive pressure electrical equipment shall be smooth, the connection shall be correct, and the installation position of the import and export shall meet the requirements.
6. Extra inlets of electrical equipment should be sealed as required.
7. The installation of sealing or isolating devices in electrical circuits shall comply with the regulations.
8. In the wiring project of intrinsically safe electrical equipment, the route direction and elevation of the electrical equipment shall be in accordance with the design; the line shall be marked with a sky blue mark.
9. The grounding or zeroing of the electrical device and the grounding against static electricity should meet the design requirements and the grounding should be solid and reliable.
10. Upon completion acceptance, relevant documents and materials shall be submitted, and the manufacturer’s product manuals, test records, conformity certificates and installation drawings and other technical documents shall be submitted.
11. At the time of acceptance, the following measurement records should also be submitted:
(1) Measurement and recording of air gaps on one side of stator and rotor of increased safety motor.
(2) Adjustment records of pressure protection devices such as air pressure and air pressure for positive pressure type electrical equipment, records of the maximum temperature of the enclosure during test run of the electrical equipment, and test records of the grounding resistance value of antistatic grounding.
