Huzhou's first batch of natural gas buses put into operation

Recently, the first batch of 12 natural gas vehicles in Huzhou City of Zhejiang Province was put into the operation of the No. 2 bus line.

According to reports, the new energy vehicles introduced this time have the characteristics of green environmental protection, safety and reliability and strong endurance. Compared with fuel vehicles, carbon dioxide emissions from natural gas buses have dropped by 20%, carbon monoxide emissions have dropped by about 90%, and hydrocarbon emissions have dropped by about 70%. The exhaust gas basically does not contain harmful substances such as lead dust, sulfides, and benzene, and can reduce conventional pollutants and carbon dioxide by at least 15 tons in a year, completely eliminating emissions of black smoke and tiny particles. In addition, the car tank capacity of 375 liters, fill up once gas can run 500 kilometers.

It is also known that this month Huzhou will also have 42 natural gas vehicles to join the urban and rural public transport teams.
