Impregnation related:

(1) Place the parts in the infiltration tank.

(2) Vacuum treatment: The vacuum pump is started, the vacuum pressure is above -0.09 MPa, and the air (or water, oil, etc.) in the micropores or cracks of the parts is extracted by vacuum, and the vacuum time is 15 minutes.

(3) Vacuum the glue into the impregnation tank. The amount of glue should be based on the parts in the immersion basket. Remove the vacuum to normal pressure.

(4) If necessary, turn on the compressor and use compressed air to hydraulically press the glue into the micropores or cracks in the part. The compressed air pressure depends on the specific conditions. If there is no special requirement, the compressed air pressure can be 0.8-1.0MPa. Time is 15 minutes. After the impregnation, open the vent valve to relieve pressure.

Always clean the impregnation solution on the surface of the product. After a long time, it will agglomerate on the surface. Infiltration is very effective for the pores in aluminum die castings.
