JTEKT has modified the horizontal machining centers "FH80S" and "FH100S" with a pallet size of 800/1050mm, and introduced the new models "FA800S" and "FA1050S". In terms of processing range, the FA800S has been expanded from 1300mm to 1600mm, and the FA1050S has been expanded from 1600mm to 1850mm. In addition, the length of the tool is extended from 550mm to 800mm, so that even if the tray size is the same as before, the workpiece of the larger one can be processed.
In terms of the stroke of the X, Y, and Z axes, the FA800S is 1350×1150×1150 mm, and the FA1050S is 1600×1400×1150 mm. The spindle rotation number is 6000 rpm. The ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) can accommodate up to 40 tools in standard.
In addition to the new NC device, it also improves ease of use by using a movable left-hand operating panel. In terms of the price of the standard specification, the FA800S is 58.6 million yen and the FA1050S is 63.5 million yen.
