In order to strengthen the brand building of industrial enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of industrial enterprises, according to the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Doing a Good Job in the Construction of Industrial Quality Brands in 2016" (CIC Letter [2016] No. 104), The relevant work on the cultivation of industrial enterprises in 2016 is hereby notified as follows:
I. Pilot work on brand cultivation of industrial enterprises
The competent industrial and information authorities and relevant industry associations (hereinafter referred to as organizational units) shall actively organize and carry out pilot projects for the cultivation of industrial enterprises in the region and the industry, establish and improve the technical support system for brand cultivation, and provide guidance and services for pilot enterprises. Carry out the evaluation of the effective operation of the enterprise brand management system and organize the brand cultivation and exchange activities (refer to Annex 1 for specific work requirements).
The 2016 brand cultivation pilot demonstration work will enable the online management system for the first time. All organizational units shall guide the pilot enterprises to complete the pilot registration on the China Industrial Product Quality Network () before June 17, and complete the brand management system of the pilot enterprises in the region (industry) before November 30. Run the evaluation work (see Appendix 2 for the specific work flow).
Second, industrial enterprises brand cultivation demonstration work
The organization unit shall select the recommended enterprises from the effective operation of the brand management system of the region and the industry to participate in the national industrial brand cultivation demonstration enterprise review, complete the online recommendation work of the demonstration enterprise before December 10, and effectively run the list of enterprises and the recommended list of demonstration enterprises. After the official seal is stamped, it will be reported to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (electronic version, paper materials will be collected by China Aviation Integrated Technology Research Institute).
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will organize the evaluation of industrial brand cultivation demonstration enterprises in mid-December, determine the list of national industrial brand cultivation demonstration enterprises, and announce and publicize and promote typical experiences.
Third, brand cultivation experience exchange and promotion
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will hold two exchanges of experience in brand cultivation in June and September. Entrusted China Aviation Integrated Technology Research Institute to organize the "China Industrial Brand Journey" activities. The organizers are requested to actively carry out the exchange of experience in brand cultivation of the region (industry) and increase the promotion and promotion of pilot demonstration experience.
Fourth, work requirements
(1) All organizational units should strengthen the planning and organization of brand cultivation work, formulate pilot work plans, improve the working mechanism, take the pilot enterprises as the backbone, and drive the enterprises to carry out brand cultivation work and continuously improve the brand cultivation ability.
(2) The competent industrial and information administration departments shall organically combine brand cultivation work with regional economic development, actively strive for the support of local people's governments, strengthen communication and cooperation with relevant departments, and form a joint effort in brand cultivation.
(3) All organizational units are required to seriously summarize the development of the pilot projects for brand cultivation in the region and the industry, and report to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Science and Technology Department) before December 10.
