An oil hole of the vane body is drilled on the airfoil blade and a pressure test process of 0.8 MPa is performed to check whether the oil hole processing of the blade and the internal quality of the vane body are up to standard. Since the oil hole of the vane body penetrates the entire airfoil thick blade, if the oil hole angle has a large processing deviation during the processing, the blade working surface and the back surface are larger from the oil hole thickness side, and the side is smaller or directly deflected. When the pressure is applied, the blade leaks, which leads to the scrapping of the product and causes huge economic losses.

First move the spindle center line along the vertical table to the line. The plate is flush, and then the spindle of the milling and boring machine is moved from the plane of the scribing plane perpendicularly to the direction of the boss by 304 mm. At this time, the center line of the spindle of the milling and boring machine is collinear with the center line of the oil hole. The oil hole of this method must ensure that the middle line of the guide vane is accurately lined, so the middle line scribing process of the vane body needs the quality inspection personnel to participate in the confirmation.
