1. Material and structural characteristics

2. Processing on vertical lathe
The hole of the guide vane body needs to have a drilling reference. According to the characteristics of the workpiece, the flange plane of the vane body is used as the drilling reference.

3. Processing on digital horizontal milling and boring machine
Since there are two vane body oil holes, one of them will be described as an example. Before drilling, a neutral line is drawn on the blank of the roughened vane body workpiece. This center line is used as the projection of the center line of the marked oil hole on the flange end face, as shown in Fig. 2. The center line on the workpiece passes through the center of the flange end and the spout end.
The oil hole processing equipment adopts the digital horizontal milling and boring machine TPX6213 of Shenyang Zhongjie Machine Tool, and the maximum stroke of the boring axis is 900mm. The specific processing steps are as follows:
(1) As shown in Figure 2, use the auxiliary tool to place the workpiece on the scribing plate according to the pattern. After drawing the center line of the workpiece, mark the outer edge of the flange of the workpiece blank according to the pattern A and B marks, and mark it as the starting point. On the outer boundary of the workpiece blank flange, vernier calipers are used to measure 512.1mm and 629.1mm respectively, that is, two points C and D on the pattern, and marked with a mark. The connection between the two points of C and D is the center line of the oil hole. The projection on the end face of the blue is the trajectory through which the drill bit passes.
(2) As shown in Fig. 3, since it is impossible to scribe on the milling and boring table, a scribing plate is used to assist the scribing process. Place the scribing plate on the working guide of the milling and boring machine, fix it with the clamp, apply a certain range of marks on the flat plate, and draw a straight line along the main axis of the milling and boring machine with a scribe needle (coinciding with the center line of the milling boring machine spindle), the guide vane The workpiece is placed on the scribing plate so that the C and D marks on the end face of the workpiece are located on the straight line, and the guide vane workpiece and the scribing plate are fixed by the clamp, so that the center line of the spindle of the milling and boring machine and the center line of the oil hole are On a plane perpendicular to the table, according to the rough design, the distance from the flange plane of the vane body to the center line of the oil hole at the boss is 304mm. First move the spindle center line along the vertical table to the line. The plate is flush, and then the spindle of the milling and boring machine is moved from the plane of the scribing plane perpendicularly to the direction of the boss by 304 mm. At this time, the center line of the spindle of the milling and boring machine is collinear with the center line of the oil hole. The oil hole of this method must ensure that the middle line of the guide vane is accurately lined, so the middle line scribing process of the vane body needs the quality inspection personnel to participate in the confirmation.
(3) The oil body of the vane body penetrates the entire airfoil thick blade, which is relatively slender, 20mm in diameter and 495mm in length. In order to drill through the oil hole smoothly, the final hole is made of φ 20mm×800mm carbide drill. Due to the long oil hole, if the long drill bit is used in advance, it will be difficult to drill due to the insufficient rigidity of the drill bit. Therefore, the φ 18mm×400mm drill bit is used for pre-drilling, and then the φ 20mm×400mm drill bit is used for reaming. Finally, the φ 20mm×800mm drill bit is used to complete the φ 20mm hole. In addition, the proper spindle speed should be selected during the drilling process.
4. Conclusion
Through a series of line alignment, clamping and operation, and the active cooperation of quality inspectors, the oil hole processing of the guide vane body of 7 high-power waterjet propulsion devices has been completed, and the oil body of the vane body is processed. No oil hole leakage occurred through the hydraulic test, and the oil body of the vane body completely met the requirements for use. Through the hydraulic test, not only the quality of the guide vane blank but also the processing quality of the oil hole was examined.
