The first is small-scale mining. The ore body is small and disorganized. It is mostly in the form of "chicken nests." This kind of mine has many roadways and large gradients, and the geological conditions are very complicated. Although the blasting operation saves time and effort, it has a destructive effect on the internal balance of tunnels, roofs, etc. It is recommended that mining equipment manufacturers research and develop small rock drilling equipment and implement mechanized excavation of ore bodies to reduce blasting hazards and improve mining. safety. At the same time, small-scale ore loading equipment can be developed simultaneously. People and vehicles can be separated from each other, and buttons or handles can be used to control loading equipment to reduce labor costs and improve work efficiency. It should be noted that whether it is rock drilling or loading equipment, it must be small and light, and it can be quickly transported, disassembled, and adapted to the complex environment and operating conditions in the mine. As for the transportation of ore to the outside of the well, it is still possible to adopt an easy way of orbiting, winding and transportation.
Secondly, for large-scale land mining, this type of ore has a certain scale of ore body, relatively large investment in various hardware facilities, and the overall operating environment and conditions are relatively good. For such mines, it is particularly important to increase production to dilute the cost. Therefore, detachable medium-sized and large-scale rock drilling equipment are indispensable, and efficient and efficient loading equipment must also be available, and the ore transport facilities are more important here. The author proposes two kinds of equipment development and configuration schemes. First, if the ore itself is relatively finely divided or the well is broken, then the well-belt conveyor and bucket-lifting can be used. If all the conditions are met, the belt can also be used. The method of transporting the ore through one or more flat wells without passing through the vertical shaft; the other is that if the ore is hard to break and does not have the conditions for flat well production, a two-way track must be laid to take the coal train continuously. The method of transportation is to the wellhead, and then the mine car is transported to the well by means of a lifting device. In order to improve work efficiency, the lifting device can also be set to double or multiple sets of operation.
