However, the core technology of this mechanical transmission five-axis linkage is only available to a few developed countries such as Germany, France and Italy.
At present, China's large-scale hydropower equipment, water conservancy transportation equipment, ship propellers, automobile molds and other complex surfaces of high-precision, heavy-cutting processing, key projects for the national key investment projects South-to-North Water Transfer, Three Gorges Water Conservancy, West-East Gas Transmission, and basic equipment processing This type of machine tool is urgently needed. In particular, the processing of large turbine blades relies entirely on imported equipment, and the domestic market demand is quite large.
Therefore, the development of mechanical transmission five-axis linkage CNC boring and milling machine equipment with completely independent intellectual property rights has become a top priority.
