New industries, new technologies and new business forms are emerging one after another. In this sense, emerging market countries and developing countries face rare opportunities for development.
At the same time, we must also see that the downside risks and uncertainties of the world economy are rising simultaneously, the multilateral trade negotiations are struggling, the implementation of the Paris negotiation encounters resistance, the tendency of some countries to increase their internal care, the willingness to participate in international development cooperation, and the spillover of their policy adjustments.
