According to reports, the project plans a total investment of 310 million yuan, with a total land area of ​​85,000 square meters and a total construction area of ​​152,000 square meters. The construction period is 2 years, and the construction is divided into the first and second districts. The first phase of the construction is the stone exhibition center of the main venue, and the stone product trade exhibition area is built. The construction area is 82,000 square meters, which is the largest single building with the largest cloud floating construction area; The second district is a commercial supporting area. It is planned to build a stone procurement center and its supporting logistics center, property management center, commercial street, large parking lot and other projects to build a stone product distribution service area. After the completion of the center, it can carry out all kinds of marble, granite, plate and craft trades in the world, as well as trade in upstream and downstream products of the stone industry. It integrates the functions of stone culture history, stone culture tourism, business office, product packaging and logistics declaration. It will become the largest and most complete stone procurement trading expo center in the province, and will play an active role in optimizing and upgrading the Yunfu stone industry and building a 10 billion stone cluster.
