Our company has a Longmen Machining Center produced by China Taiwan Xiehong Industrial Co., Ltd., model HB-3190S, which was put into production in June 2011 and has been in use for 4 years (see Figure 1).
Recently, the spindle broach is not in place in the equipment. The rim guard is removed to check the gap between the hydraulic cylinder and the disc spring shaft. It is found that the clearance is obviously increased (the gap is clearly indicated in the specification is 14mm, and now the inspection is 20mm).
It is preliminarily judged that the fault is caused by the following reasons: 1 The four-lobed claw is loose or there are many internal impurities. 2 The tension of the tensioned disc spring is broken. 3 pull nails are damaged.
Disassemble the spindle for inspection (see Figure 2, Figure 3). First check the tension disc spring for fatigue cracking. After seeing no cracking problem, check the claws and pull nails, pull the nail from the inner hole of the spindle. When the claw is unloaded, it is found that there is no problem with the pulling claw, and the pulling nail has a chipping problem (see Fig. 4). The type of the pulling nail is BT50-45° external thread type, and the manufacturer is produced by Taiwanese treasure.
It should be noted that: 1 It is difficult to remove the claws and pull the nails from the main shaft due to the cleavage of the rivets. It is not necessary to be anxious. It is necessary to retract the outer mouth of the claws to an appropriate size before they can be withdrawn from the inner holes of the main shaft. The 2BT50-45° male-threaded four-lobed claw is a complete set that includes pull studs and pull claws. So buy a whole set to replace, the problem is solved, the new claws are shown in Figure 5.
