A: We mainly manufacture pure wooden window and door, aluminum-wood window and door, wood-aluminum window and door aluminum window and door, sun room and cooper door.  

 

2. What's your delivery port and delivery time? 

A: Our delivery port is Guangzhou or Shenzhen. Delivery time is 15-20 days after 30% deposit received 

 

3. Can customer's order different colors and models in one order? 

A: Surely yes, mixed colors and models are acceptable 

 

4. What's necessary for the offer? 

A: 1) Designs and Quantity of the windows or doors

2) Accocessories and glass requirement

3) Thermal break or non-thermal break? 

4) Surface treatment: Electrophoretic coating, powder coating, wood grain, PVDF coating or anodizing

5) Thickness of the profile 

 

5. What's your policy for samples? 

A: 1) We can provide complete set of the window or door for sample, the standard size is 994mmX1194mm

2) We can provide a small angel of the window or door for sample, the standard size is 280mmX380mm

We will charge the sampel according to the different series, but we will return it if you place the order next time 

 

6. What's your trade term and payment term? 

A: Our trade term is EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF. Payment term is 30% deposit by T/T or West Union or Paypal, the balance paid before loading.
