After inspection, the tensile yield strength and density of the four groups of building hard PVC (PVC-U) pipe products are unqualified. Industry Technology Development Co., Ltd., Anqing Futong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd., Tongcheng Lingzhi Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. Another group of products with unsatisfactory tensile yield strength project is the “Zhengjie” U-PVC drainage pipe (φ110×3.2 2013.05.06) produced by Wuhu Shuanghu Plastic Pipe Co., Ltd., which is also known as Anhui Province.

According to the quality supervision department, density is an indicator for limiting the amount of calcium carbonate filled or adding other low-density raw materials. The unqualified density reflects the fact that there is still too much calcium carbonate filling in the drainage pipe products.

Tensile yield strength is one of the important indicators of the mechanical properties of the pipe, which reflects the basic strength of the pipe. Products with unsatisfactory tensile yield strength will be prone to breakage, breakage, cracking and other hazards during installation and use. Once these inferior products flow into the construction project, they will bring greater quality hazards.
