The corrosion resistance test of the chemical protective film on the metal surface may be carried out by a drop test or a dipping test in addition to the salt spray test and the damp heat test.
The drip test is to drop a drop of corrosion solution on the clean sample film layer, and the time required from the drop of the solution to the occurrence of corrosion change is judged and evaluated as the corrosion resistance.
Steel oxide film drip test copper sulfate solution drip method one:
(1) Test solution: a 2% copper sulfate solution neutralized with copper oxide;
(2) Test standard: There is no change in the surface of the sample for 30 s (allowing 2 to 3 contact red spots in 1 cm 2 ).
Copper sulfate solution drip method two:
(1) Test solution: a 3% copper sulfate solution neutralized with copper oxide;
(2) Test standard: There is no change in the surface of the 20 s sample (allowing 2 to 3 red spots in contact within 1 cm 2 ).
Oxalic acid solution drip method:
(1) Test solution: 5% oxalic acid solution;
(2) Test standard: The surface of the sample did not change significantly within 1 min; the surface of the sample did not change significantly within 1.5 min.
The test method for the anodic oxidation film of aluminum and aluminum alloy is as follows:
(1) Test solution: hydrochloric acid (1.19g/mL) 25mL, potassium dichromate 3g, distilled water 75mL;
(2) End point color: the droplet turns green (tested within 3 hours after the oxidation blocking treatment);
(3) Test criteria: See Table 4-7.
Phosphating film drip test copper sulfate, sodium chloride solution drip method:
(1) test solution: 0.25mol / L copper sulfate solution 40mL, 10% sodium chloride solution 20mL;
(2) Test standard: Rose red spots appear to be qualified above 3 minutes; as fast phosphating and cold phosphating of the paint bottom layer, 30s or more is qualified.
Copper sulfate, hydrochloric acid liquid drip method:
(1) Test solution components: copper sulfate 4lg / L, sodium chloride 35g / L, lmol / L hydrochloric acid 13mL / L;
(2) solution temperature: 15 ~ 25 ° C;
(3) Test standard: The end point is light red, and the qualified time is determined according to the environment of the workpiece.
The method is suitable for rapid test of corrosion resistance of phosphating film between processes in stable production.
