The fertilizer absorption dynamics of zinc and boron are similar to those of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. The zinc absorption in the seedling stage accounts for 7.5% of the total zinc absorption, and the boron absorption accounts for 8.69% of the total boron uptake. With increasing growth, the amount of zinc absorbed and the amount of boron absorbed gradually increased. The transition period accounted for 23.8% and 24.3% of the total absorption. The zinc absorption and boron absorption in the vigorous growth period increased significantly, accounting for the total absorption. 68.7% and 66.9% indicate that more zinc and boron are involved in metabolism during the rhizome enlargement, so more attention should be paid to timely application.

Fertilization effect Applying zinc fertilizer can increase the concentration of zinc in ginger, improve the balance between various nutrients, and make the metabolism of the body more vigorous, so that the stem of the ginger is thicker, the number of branches is increased, the leaf area is increased, and the ginger ball is large. Round, bright and shiny skin, good quality, if zinc and boron are applied at the same time, the effect is better.

Fertilization method Zinc fertilizer and boron fertilizer can usually be used as base fertilizer or top dressing. When the zinc deficiency ginger field is used as the base fertilizer, generally 1 to 2 kg of zinc sulfate per acre is used, and evenly mixed with fine soil or organic fertilizer. When planting, it is mixed with the soil in the seeding ditch. For foliar application, the application concentration ranges from 0.05% to 0.3%, and is suitable for 0.1% concentration. It can be sprayed separately in the seedling stage, the hair growth stage and the rhizome expansion period, and the effect is better. . Boron in the boron-deficient land as base fertilizer, 0.5 to 1 kg of borax per acre, mix well with organic fertilizer or fine soil, apply to the seeding ditch, and mix evenly with the soil. Boron fertilizer is used as the base fertilizer, and the effective period is generally 2 to 3 years. The commonly used concentration of foliar sprayed boron fertilizer is 0.05%-0.1%, that is, 50-70 kg of borax solution per acre is sprayed in the seedling stage, the hair growth stage, and the early or middle stage of rhizome expansion. When applying boron fertilizer, the dosage should be strictly controlled to avoid excessive toxicity.
