The anti-cracking fiber needs to be immersed in water for 12 days in advance, and the water-cement ratio is appropriately adjusted according to the actual weather and transportation distance. The mixing time of the prepared mortar in the mixer is not less than 20-30 minutes to ensure uniform mixing.

3. One day before the anti-cracking mortar, rinse the surface of the insulated brick wall that has been pasted with clean water, wash away the surface separation layer, avoid the phenomenon of delamination and hollowing of the plaster layer and the insulation layer, and enhance the stickiness. Knot strength.

4. Apply a uniform anti-cracking mortar on the surface of the insulation layer. The area is slightly larger than the mesh cloth. The thickness of the mortar is about 2-3mm. Then apply 4×4 alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth and apply it with a trowel. Press the mesh cloth into the mortar, and the mesh cloth should overlap each other by 50-60mm; the door, window, hole, and foot should be free from 50-60mm, and the mesh of the yin and yang should be taken. Connect 200mm. The mesh cloth should be smooth, no wrinkles, delamination and leakage, and the mortar fullness is 100%.

5. After the initial cracking of the first crack-resistant mortar (about 4-6 hours), if the surface is too dry, it can be sprinkled with water, and then wipe the surface with 2-3mm thick anti-cracking mortar. Because the surface layer after the pulverization lacks aggregate, cracks are easy to occur. After the second layer of plastering and solidification, the surface layer should be watered and cured once every 3-4 hours, keeping the surface moist for more than 3 days.

6. The surface layer of the wall below 2 meters from the ground can be properly thickened.
