Shed infiltration technology

Irrigation is the direct supply of water and liquid fertilizer to the root of the crop through a percolating pipe buried in the main active layer of the root system of the underground crop, which also increases the permeability of the soil. Among all irrigation methods, the best way to seep the soil in the soil. The infiltration irrigation is clean and non-porous, but it is actually covered with countless tiny holes that are invisible to the naked eye, which can effectively prevent external sediment and plant roots from being blocked. When the water in the tube is exuded by a small pressure, the soil is moistened by capillary action of the soil to achieve irrigation purposes. The depth of the seepage irrigation pipe is 10-15 cm in the vegetable in the greenhouse, and the depth is 25 to 35 cm in the greenhouse.

The percolation system consists of a water supply device, a water delivery pipe and a microporous irrigation pipe.

1. The water supply device provides a water source with a certain pressure, and commonly used water towers, pressure tanks, micro water pumps, above ground storage tanks, and the like. Above-ground storage tanks are widely used in rural areas and are generally built beside sheds or sheds. The height of the pool is 1 to 1.5 meters, and the water capacity is 1 to 2 cubic meters. When the greenhouse is too long (more than 50 meters), it can be built in the center or replaced by plastic cans.

2. The water pipeline consists of two parts: the main pipe and the branch pipe. The water can be directly infiltrated in the shed for percolating. The pipe is made of opaque black rigid plastic pipe. The inner diameter of the main pipe is 50-100 mm thick, and the outdoor shed is buried below the frozen soil layer. The inner diameter of the branch pipe is 32-50 mm. It is connected with the three-way or three-way, bypass and dry pipe. A filter is installed on the outlet main to prevent sediment, and 80-100 mesh gauze can be used in the countryside. At the same time, pressure gauges and valves and fertilizer mixing boxes are installed.

3. The common percolation pipe of microporous irrigation pipe is produced by Jiyuan Dadi Water Saving Co., Ltd., and its specifications are 20 mm in diameter, 15 mm in diameter, working pressure 0.03 to 0.1 MPa, and flow rate 4 to 6 liters/hour·meter. .

4. The regulation of water supply is determined by crops and different growth periods and weather conditions. Generally, the amount of water per acre (1 mu = 1/15 hectare) is 20 cubic meters. When there is no flow meter display, it can be judged according to the water supply time and the wetness of the soil, and can also be determined by the 75-1 soil moisture meter.
