Surveillance camera power selection
1. The camera power supply is marked with DC12V/AC24V. What kind of camera power should I choose?
A: Select AC24V surveillance camera power supply, because the same transmission distance, the higher the voltage, the smaller the loss. When the voltage is high, the load can get a sufficient voltage. At the same time, due to the use of AC 24V, when debugging the camera, the power supply synchronization can be selected, so that the image field frequency of different devices in the entire monitoring system can be kept synchronized.
2. How to properly configure the camera power supply of the entire monitoring system?
A: This problem often makes it difficult for young and inexperienced engineers. Many of the solutions have found that the power supply of the camera originally designed is not enough, and additional equipment is needed, causing the phenomenon of smashing with the party. In fact, because the camera starts at a moment, the starting current is very large, and the loss of long-distance transmission in engineering, the power required by the camera does not simply add up the power ratings of all the cameras. The correct approach is to add the power rating of the camera power supply of the entire monitoring system and multiply by 1.3 times. This is the actual power required by the camera, and then add about 30% of the loss; finally, add 30% of the margin. Used for future expansion.
3, the configuration of the camera power supply, what is the most taboo?
A: The most taboo is that the entire monitoring system shares a power supply. The reasons are as follows:
1) When the system is being repaired, it is often necessary to turn the power on and off. All the cameras are started at the same time when the power is turned on, the starting current is particularly large, and the impact on the power supply is great, and the power supply will be burned seriously.
2) All cameras share a single power supply. When the power supply fails, the entire closed-circuit monitoring system is paralyzed. In particular, some important entrance and exit images cannot be monitored, which may cause unnecessary trouble.
So what should be the correct approach? As the above example, a commercial building has 100 fixed cameras, which require a total of about 800W of power. The correct configuration should be 4, each 200W power supply. In this way, when a power supply fails, the camera of the important entrance and exit can be connected to other good power supplies without affecting the operation of the entire system.
4. What problems should I pay attention to when choosing the camera power supply?
Answer: First: When connecting the camera to the power supply, do not connect the camera with a far distance to the camera with a close distance to the same power supply. If connected to the same power supply, the power supply voltage is high, the camera will be burnt at a close distance, the power supply is low, and the camera with a long distance has no image. Cameras that are farther away should be connected to the same power source as much as possible, and the cameras that are closer should be connected to the same power source.
Second: If the monitoring distance is too far, you need to configure a higher voltage camera power supply, such as 30V, 36V, etc., or even directly for 220V AC, and then transform to the front end.
Surveillance camera installation method
Step 1: Take out the bracket and prepare the tools and parts: necessary tools such as plugs, screws, screwdrivers, hammers, electric drills, etc. Check the size and model of the plug and self-tapping screws according to the predetermined installation position. Check whether the screw of the bracket and the base of the camera are suitable, whether the pre-buried pipeline interface is handled properly, whether the test cable is unblocked, and ready to enter the installation procedure.
Step 2: Take out the camera and carefully install the lens according to the model and specifications of the camera lens that has been determined in advance (the infrared integrated camera does not need to be equipped with a lens). Be careful not to touch the lens and CCD to confirm that it is firmly fixed. Adjust the aperture focal length by connecting the host or using the monitor, small TV, etc. in the field.
Step 3: Take out the brackets, plugs, screws, screwdrivers, hammers, drills and other tools, and install the brackets according to the predetermined position. After the check is secure, attach the camera in the agreed direction.
Step 4: If you need to install the shield, after the second step, install the shield directly from here.
1. Open the shield upper cover and the tailgate;
2. Pull out the fixed metal piece and fix the camera;
3. Install the power adapter into the shield;
4. Reset the upper cover and the tailgate, straighten out the cable, fix it, and attach it to the bracket.
Step 5: Insert the soldered video cable BNC plug into the socket of the video cable to confirm that it is securely fastened.
Step 6: Plug the power adapter's power output plug into the power jack of the surveillance camera and confirm the fastness.
Step 7: Connect the other end of the cable to the control panel or monitor (TV) to ensure it is secure.
Step 8: Turn on the monitoring host and camera power, and adjust the camera angle to the predetermined range through the monitor.

Solar Mounting System For Green House

The Installation of Mounting Unit
1. Make the concrete base according to solution drawing, locate embedded bolts and set out strings by Laser Level to ensure the centers of embedded bolts in the same elevation as accurate as possible on vertical, horizontal direction and at end face.
2. Locate the Anchor Plate on the concrete base and adjust the position according to solution drawing(remove M14 washer,M14 spring washer,and M14 nut if they are connected to embedded bolts now),and then fasten M14 washer, M14 spring washer, and M14 nut with the tightening torque of 60N.m.
3.Take out the Hexagon Bolt Kit with Post B Corrugated Gasket M12x95 and remove its nut, spring washer, one washer, and corrugated gasket. Insert the Post A, B, C in to Anchor Plate according to the Hexagon Bolt Kit with Corrugated Gasket M12x95 drawing and then fix them by two sets of Hexagon Bolt Kit with Corrugated Gasket M12*95. Post C Post A
4.Remove the bolt kits M12*90 from all the Posts and Pre-Assembled Supports and unfold the embedded Supports, fasten them on the Posts by bolt kits M12*90 according to the drawing.

Installation of Rails
1.Please check the length of Beam before place it onto the Pre-Assembled Supports, otherwise extend it with Splice forBeam first. There are 4 self-tapping screws in each side and total 8 self- tapping screws in both sides. We strongly recommend NOT extend the Beams on Preassembled Supports.
2.Before locate the Beams, mark the position of the Beam son the surface of Pre-Assembled Supports with maker pens according to solution drawing for easier installation. Place the Beams on the 55*80 Tube of Pre-Assembled Supports and fix it with C Clamp Kits. Install all the Beams in the same step. The tightening torque will be 20N.m. C Clamp Kit Side Beam(Please arrange 3-4 persons to install when the array is long.)

Installation of Solar Panels
1.Place the panels above the Beam 85, fixing it with Wide End Clamp Kit in the side and Inter Clamp Kit in the middle. Install all the panels in the same steps until complete installation of al panels. Fasten all the bolts with tightening torque of 10N.m.
2.Complete installation, and please inspect and make sure all the bolts are fastened.
