The composition of the gas pressure regulator refers to the flammable gas produced from solid or liquid fuel processing. Depending on the gas material and the processing method, various types of artificial gas can be produced.
1. The solid fuel dry distillation gas is a dry distillation gas obtained by dry distillation of coal using a coke oven, a continuous vertical carbonization furnace, and a vertical box furnace. Gas is produced by dry distillation, and gas per ton of coal can produce 300-400n/. The gas has a high content of methane and hydrogen, and the low calorific value is usually around 16700 kJ/m3. The history of dry distillation gas is the longest, and it is currently one of the important gas sources for some township gas in China.
2. Solid fuel gasification gas pressure gasification gas, water gas, producer gas, etc. are all such.
(1) Pressure gasification gas. Under the pressure of 2.0-3.0 MPa, pure oxygen and water vapor are selected as the gasifying agent for coal, and high-pressure gasification gas can be obtained. Its primary components are hydrogen and methane, and the calorific value is around 15100 kJ/n/. If the city is adjacent to lignite or long-flame coal resources, the Lurgi furnace can be used to produce pressure gasification gas. This equipment can be built adjacent to the coal mine (commonly known as pit gasification), without the need to set up other pressure feeding equipment, using pipes. Gas can be directly transported to remote towns and towns for use as township gas.
(2) Water gas and producer gas. The primary components are carbon monoxide and hydrogen. The calorific value of the water gas is about 10,500 kJ/m3, and the calorific value of the furnace gas is about 5,400 kJ/m3. Because these two kinds of gas have low calorific value and high toxicity, they cannot be used as a gas source for township gas alone, but can be used to heat coke ovens and continuous upright carbonization furnaces instead of retorting gas with higher heating value. The gas volume of townships and towns can also be blended with dry distillation gas and heavy oil thermal storage cracking gas to adjust the gas supply volume and adjust the gas heating value, which is used as the compensation and peaking gas source for township gas.
3. Oil-based gas can use the heavy oil (the oil left by the refinery to obtain gasoline, fire oil and diesel oil) to produce township gas. According to different methods, it can be divided into heavy oil thermal storage thermal cracking gas and heavy oil thermal storage catalytic cracking gas. The heavy oil thermal storage pyrolysis gas takes methane, ethylene and propylene as the primary components, and the calorific value is about 41900kJ/m3. The gas production per ton of heavy oil is 500-550 m3. The heavy oil thermal storage catalytic cracking gas contains the most hydrogen, and is also rich in methane and carbon monoxide. The calorific value is about 17600-20900 kJ/m3. The three-cylinder catalytic cracking equipment is used, and the gas production per ton of heavy oil is about 1200-1300 m3. The equipment for producing oil and gas is simple, the province is invested, the land occupation is small, the construction speed is fast, the management personnel are few, the engine is activated, and the furnace is sensitive. It can be used as the basic gas source for township gas or as a gas source for township gas. Medium and small gas plants can also use naphtha (coarse gasoline) as a gas-making material. Compared with heavy oil, naphtha has the following advantages: less sulfur, no tar formation, less pollution and so on, and high gasification efficiency. And naphtha catalytic cracking gas conversion carbon monoxide is also relatively simple.
4. Blast furnace gas blast furnace gas is a by-product gas during ironmaking in metallurgical factories. The primary component is carbon monoxide and nitrogen. The calorific value is about 3800-4200kJ/IY. Blast furnace gas can be used as heating gas for coke oven to replace coke oven gas. Coke oven gas is supplied to the city.
