On-site solution: find the yin and yang angle of the crack, spray it again with a spray gun, spray it again every half hour until it covers the crack; for the new sprayed yin and yang angle, pay special attention to the spray thickness when spraying. The thin spray multi-layer method is adopted, that is, the surface is dry and re-sprayed, the distance of the spray gun is far, the movement speed is fast, and the vertical yin and yang angle spray cannot be performed. Only the scattering can be adopted, that is, spraying two sides, and the edge of the fog flower is swept into the yin and yang. angle.

The main reason may be because the temperature difference is large and suddenly becomes cold, resulting in different drying speeds of the inner and outer layers. The surface is not dry and cracks are formed. The on-site solution is to use a small nozzle spray gun, spray multiple layers, and try to control the drying of each layer. Speed, spray distance is slightly better.

When spraying, the coverage is not uniform or too thick, cracks appear on the surface of the coating film, and even cracks appear after several weeks. This situation must be analyzed in detail.
